The Role

We are currently looking for a full-time Key Account Handler - Maternity Cover Fixed Term for 14 months to join our internal Sales team at our Norwich Site.

The successful candidate will need to be driven and able to adapt to daily logistical and manufacturing challenges and show they can appropriately prioritise their workload and solve problems whilst staying calm under pressure. The goal is to provide a balanced comprehensive front-line service in a responsive and professional manner. They need to provide the best possible customer service and represent the Company positively.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Dealing with customer queries via calls or email is the first point of contact, ensuring the best possible customer service is provided at all times.
  • Processing customer orders in an accurate timely manner in line with key performance indicators.
  • Processing customer complaints in line with business processes and ensuring customers are kept up to date.
  • Proactively dealing with potential logistical and manufacturing issues using current systems to achieve this.
  • Developing strong professional relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience.
  • Administration tasks to be processed in an accurate timely manner.
  • Actively work to retain business levels, adding value to the business relationship and reducing customer effort.
  • Attend review meetings with customers when necessary
  • Co-ordinate regular conference calls
  • Manage and deliver reporting of key KPI’s
  • Development of tailored customer service solutions and processes to support the goal of becoming indispensable to our customers
