PURPOSE
Be the driving force behind our Key Account relationships! As the dedicated point of contact for our top customers, you’ll build strong connections, maximise sales opportunities, and deliver outstanding account management. Your expertise will ensure seamless service, customer satisfaction, and long-term success.
WHAT WE DO
Algeco UK is the leader in modular accommodation not only in the UK but around the world. We provide more buildings for hire than anyone else, including modular buildings for sale and rent, and off-site permanent buildings for sale for temporary, semi-permanent and permanent use.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working directly with Key Account Sales Manager and closely with Key Account Directors to service and sell to Algeco’s Key Account portfolio. Ensuring exemplary service to Algeco’s highest spending clients
- Converting incoming telephone and email enquiries into sales opportunities generating profitable revenue. Proactively building client relationships and expanding sales pipeline opportunities
- Providing right first-time administration/project management to ensure efficient processing of orders through to delivery
- Managing a portfolio of Nationally based Key Account Customers to deliver an excellent customer experience, which ensures repeat business and building Algeco’s reputation positively
- Effectively managing a pipeline of opportunities to ensure regular communication and maximise conversion rates
- Provide customers with best-fit accommodation solutions including full turnkey specialised options based on phased current and future requirements
- Maintain the required volume of proactive business development calls, Teams meetings and regular client check-ins
- Contribute towards meeting and/or exceeding set targets, objectives and SLA expectations for quoting/relationship management
- Promoting all product ranges and services to maximise client spend via value based selling
- Working on your own initiative and providing customers with a quick response to problem solve any potential issues that could cause reputational damage or reduced client spend
- Liaising with multiple national departments and associated administration functions to ensure highest customer satisfaction and service for Key Account Clients
- Using construction ‘planning permission sites’ to ensure all Key Account Projects are captured and welfare requirements are quoted
- Attend training to develop knowledge, sales techniques and personal skills
