Location: Head Office, Measham

Salary: Competitive plus commission

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (40 hours per week)

Working Pattern: Office-based

We design and supply solutions to a diverse customer base, including schools needing extra classrooms, commercial businesses needing additional office space, and construction sites needing a complex of offices and welfare facilities.

The Role

Pickerings Hire is looking for a driven and customer-focused Key Account Internal Sales Executive to join our growing sales team.

Working closely with our Key Account Managers, you will help manage and develop relationships with nationally based key account customers, identifying new opportunities, converting enquiries into profitable sales, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will manage the sales pipeline through proactive follow-up and regular customer engagement, including calls, Teams meetings, and account reviews, while promoting the full range of Pickerings Hire products and services to maximise sales opportunities and support the continued growth of our key account portfolio.

About You

We are looking for someone who is commercially focused, confident, and motivated by building strong customer relationships. You will be proactive in identifying and converting sales opportunities, comfortable working to targets, and able to manage a busy pipeline effectively.

You will ideally have experience in internal sales, account management, or business development, with excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
