Key Account Lead

Doncaster / Field-based – National travel, typically 2–3 days per week to customer sites
£50,000–£70,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus

Ready to take ownership of a £multi-million customer relationship?

This is a role where your leadership, commercial thinking and approach to customer relationships will genuinely make a difference.

Elevation Recruitment Group are pleased to be representing an established manufacturing business with a strong reputation built over 30 years. They're now looking for a Key Account Lead to take ownership of their largest customer relationship, representing around a third of the business's total revenue.

This isn't just about managing an account. The business is looking for someone who can change the way the relationship works. You'll have the opportunity to build a more collaborative, commercially focused partnership based on trust, communication and finding solutions, rather than simply firefighting problems. You'll need to be commercially confident and comfortable challenging the customer when needed, while also being able to listen, understand their challenges and find the right solutions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
