Key Account Manager – Prestige Hospitality

Location: Field Based

Reports to: Field Sales Manager

Fancy getting paid to build relationships with some of the best hospitality businesses in the country?

If you know your way around the On Trade, love a great customer relationship and get a buzz from seeing a brand come to life, this could be the role for you.

At Global Brands, we create, build and grow some of the UK's best-loved drinks brands, including Hooch, VK and Franklin & Sons – to name a few. We're an ambitious, entrepreneurial drinks business, and we're all about spotting what's next, understanding what our customers want and getting our brands into the right places.

About the Role

As Key Account Manager – Prestige Hospitality, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of high-profile hospitality customers, building strong commercial partnerships and finding new ways to grow our brands, our customers and our business.

This isn't just about managing accounts. You'll need to understand your customers' businesses, know what's happening in the market and spot opportunities before everyone else does. From negotiating listings and commercial deals to bringing standout activations to life, you'll be the person making things happen.

Why Global Brands?

You'll be joining a business that's ambitious, entrepreneurial and genuinely passionate about drinks.

  • You'll have the freedom to build your own relationships, make decisions and take ownership, backed by a team who want you to succeed.
  • You'll get to work with a diverse portfolio of exciting brands and some of the most interesting customers across the hospitality sector.
  • We value people who are independent, innovative, supportive, trustworthy and creative – people who take ownership, challenge the status quo, build genuine partnerships and bring our brands to life.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
