Location: London Head Office
Reporting to: Senior Key Account Manager
We are looking for a Key Account Manager on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract basis to join our London Head Office team and manage a portfolio of Wholesale accounts, focusing on Pure Players; driving sales growth, managing key retailer partnerships, executing marketing plans and ensuring best-in-class brand representation with our Wholesale partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of Pure Player accounts, delivering retail sales, sell-in and growth targets.
- Build strong relationships with key retail partners, acting as the primary day-to-day contact for commercial and operational matters.
- Optimise Rituals’ online visibility, findability and brand presentation across partner websites through effective digital merchandising and content management.
- Collaborate with partners to execute campaigns, site events and marketing activities in line with local and global brand priorities.
- Monitor account performance through regular analysis of sales, stock levels and key digital metrics, identifying opportunities and risks.
- Support the planning and delivery of trade marketing and commercial calendars.
- Ensure product listings, content and digital assets are accurate, complete and maintained to a high standard.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Digital and Head Office teams to ensure seamless execution of account plans.
- Maintain healthy stock levels through regular forecasting, sell-in and sell-out analysis, and proactive communication with partners.
- Prepare and present regular account performance updates, recommendations, and action plans.

Bring all of you
- Prior relevant experience with Pure Player accounts is advantageous.
- Good experience in achieving online excellence, utilising organic and paid tools to drive visibility, conversion and sales growth.
- Excellent communication skills both externally and at all levels within the company, both written and verbal.
- Willing to adapt, take on new challenges and continually improve.
- Shows ambition to drive initiatives and change to achieve company targets.
- Structured and business-driven approach, with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with confidence using sales, stock and performance data to identify opportunities and risks.
- Team player with a positive can-do attitude and hands-on mentality.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking, time management and project management skills.
