We're looking for an Account Manager to manage and develop an established customer base across our 4 brands. You'll focus on growing revenue and margin by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts, building long-term customer relationships and delivering consultative, solution-led sales.
Working closely with our marketing, category, operations and customer service teams, you'll play a key role in creating an outstanding customer experience while helping us achieve ambitious growth plans.
What you'll be doing
Customer Growth & Account Management
- Grow revenue and margin across your allocated customer portfolio.
- Identify, develop and convert new opportunities within existing customer accounts.

Pipeline & Commercial Performance
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting through CRM.
Market & Customer Insight
- Capture customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve our product offering.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, category, operations and customer service teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in B2B sales or account management.
- A successful track record of growing revenue, margin or customer spend within existing accounts.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend solutions.
- Commercial awareness with an understanding of pricing, profitability and customer value.
- Confident using CRM systems to manage pipelines, forecasts and opportunities.
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organised, self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Resilient, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative team player with a customer-first mindset and ownership of results.

You'll be measured on:
- Revenue and margin growth against target.
- Pipeline creation and forecasting accuracy.
- Number and value of quotations generated.
- New opportunities identified and converted within existing accounts.
- Customer meeting activity and engagement.
- CRM compliance and opportunity management.
- Cross-selling and multi-category account penetration.
- Conversion rates from meetings to opportunities and opportunities to sales.
