Referment is working with an AI software company that supports research teams across consulting and financial services. The company is hiring a Key Account Manager to own the health, adoption and commercial growth of an important enterprise customer, with scope to expand the portfolio over time.
This is not a reactive support position. You’ll manage pilots and deployments, build senior relationships, identify risks and expansion opportunities, and keep leadership informed through disciplined account reporting.
The Role
- Take responsibility for retention, adoption and revenue growth across assigned enterprise accounts.
- Maintain clear account-health reporting, forecasts, pipeline and risk plans.
- Run structured pilots and guide prospective teams from evaluation to long-term use.
- Build relationships with champions and senior stakeholders and resolve issues before they escalate.
- Support integrations and deployments into existing customer workflows.
- Generate and progress expansion opportunities with the wider commercial team.
- Provide structured product feedback and mentor more junior colleagues.

What We're Looking For
- Six or more years in consulting, account management, customer success or another commercial role serving consulting, professional-services or financial-services firms.
- A record of retaining and growing enterprise accounts.
- Commercial confidence, including ownership of retention and expansion targets.
- Strong client communication, meeting leadership and concise written reporting.
- Organised CRM and account-management habits, plus curiosity about how AI changes client workflows.
