Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Client Partner to lead strategic client relationships and drive growth across London and the wider UK market. This highly client-facing, field-based role combines account growth, new business development, executive stakeholder management, and delivery oversight.
You will serve as the primary representative of 10Pearls within your accounts, building trusted relationships, identifying opportunities, and working with global delivery, engineering, and practice teams to ensure strong client outcomes. Success will be measured by account growth, client retention, revenue performance, new business acquisition, and client satisfaction. You will maintain close, ongoing interaction with assigned accounts and conduct a minimum of three client or prospect meetings each week.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic client relationships across London and the wider UK market.
- Build trusted relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders, including executive leadership.
- Maintain close and regular engagement with assigned accounts through site visits, business reviews, governance meetings, working sessions, and informal check-ins.
- Conduct a minimum of three face-to-face meetings each week with existing clients or new prospects.
- Develop a strong understanding of each client’s priorities, challenges, and transformation agenda.
- Identify, shape, and convert opportunities across AI, data, cloud, digital engineering, digital products, and managed services.
- Build and manage account plans, growth targets, opportunity pipelines, and revenue forecasts.
- Develop new business through networking, referrals, industry events, and targeted outreach.
- Coordinate delivery, engineering, practice, commercial, and talent teams to translate client priorities into effective execution.
- Lead governance meetings, account reviews, and executive updates, keeping risks, actions, and decisions visible.
- Monitor delivery quality, client satisfaction, commercial performance, and contractual commitments.
- Act as the client advocate and escalation point, driving timely resolution of delivery, resourcing, or commercial issues.
- Support proposals, statements of work, renewals, change requests, and commercial negotiations.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline visibility, and forecasts.
- Monitor UK market trends, client needs, and emerging opportunities, sharing relevant insight with internal stakeholders.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
