Job Description:
About the job – Key Account Operations Manager
Compliant Ltd offers consultancy and support to businesses for their ISO certifications and accreditations. The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our business and our clients.
In this role, you will support new clients in developing existing clients with their ISO management systems in preparation for the yearly surveillance and recertification audits. Whilst previous ISO management system knowledge is desirable full training will be provided for the right candidate. This position is mainly remote however the ability to occasionally attend client sites is required.

Responsibilities
- Act as a primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal team members
- Develop a clear understanding of client's business and operational needs
- Lead regular Teams meeting with clients to support, develop, prepare and internally audit client ISO management systems
- Provide guidance and advice on compliance with relevant ISO standards
- Assist clients throughout their external audit processes

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of business processes
- Confident using Microsoft Teams for client meetings
- Highly organised with effective diary-planning skills
- Strong administrative abilities
- Valid UK driving licence
- Eligibility to work in the UK
