Key Account Manager
Pro4orm People Ltd are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to work with one of our amazing Pharmaceutical clients who are growing as a business. They are known for having a great company culture and always focus on developing their teams and promoting from within.
This role is a key part of the UK/IE commercial team with autonomy and responsibility for achieving commercial goals within the East of England. To include product access, maximizing sales on territory and shaping the future market.
Responsibilities
- Sales: Deliver planned sales upon territory through strategic account management and excellence in implementation, delivering the commercial goals of the business.
- Strategic Account Management: Excellent strategic account management to maximize access and guidance to assist the implementation of product.
- Customer identification: Map and prioritize key customers including consultants, nurses, departmental and principal pharmacists, business managers and other relevant decision makers, as part of the regional team.
- Business planning: Develop and implement a territory business plan with the input of the regional team to deliver commercial objectives by showing value to the NHS.
- Reporting: Report against business plan and ensure all tactical activities are completed in a compliant and timely manner. Using company systems appropriately.
- Brand: Leverage Company corporate brand in territory by showing the value of improvements in care, service and helping to optimise treatment. Provide HCP’s with added value education and training in a proactive manner. Driving KOL development for Regional and National activities.

Qualifications
- Scientific, nursing and/or commercial education combined.
- Experience of local protocol development/formulary management and implementation.
- Broad therapeutic competence.
- Relevant experience in sales to specialists in secondary care and obtaining formulary status.
- ABPI qualified.
