Leadoo AI

Leadoo AI is the #1 Conversion & Customer Experience platform, turning website visitors into customers and customers into advocates. Powered by agentic AI, we help businesses identify who's visiting their website, nurture buyers through their journey, and support their lifetime experience, driving measurable, lasting commercial outcomes across the customer lifecycle.

Our UK market is growing fast, and we’re looking for a commercially minded Key Account Manager to take ownership of our largest and most strategic customer relationships.

We’ve evolved our global Customer Success model to better support customers across all regions. The function includes dedicated teams across Account Management, Onboarding, Technical Account Management, and Customer Experience, working together across the UK, Finland, and Sweden to deliver exceptional customer outcomes. You will join the UK Account Management team, owning a portfolio of our largest and enterprise customers and driving retention, expansion, adoption, and advocacy.

As a Key Account Manager, you’ll own Leadoo AI’s largest and most strategic enterprise customers, acting as their trusted advisor and commercial partner at the most senior levels. You fully own expansion, retention, adoption, and advocacy across your portfolio—helping customers realise the full value of Leadoo AI’s technology while driving sustainable revenue growth. You’ll lead complex commercial conversations, guide customers through change, and set the standard for how we manage key accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enterprise Portfolio Ownership: Own a portfolio of Leadoo AI’s largest and most strategic enterprise customers, with full accountability for retention, expansion, adoption, and advocacy.
  • Commercial Growth & Expansion: Fully own expansion and Net Revenue Retention across your accounts—identifying, building, and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and leading complex renewal and contract negotiations that maximise customer value.
  • Executive Relationships: Confidently engage and present to C-level and senior decision-makers, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor at the highest levels of the customer’s organisation.
  • Adoption & Value Realisation: Drive deep adoption of our platform and AI capabilities, ensuring enterprise customers in multiple teams actively use the technology and realise measurable value against their business objectives.
  • Customer Advocacy: Turn satisfied enterprise customers into advocates, securing references, case studies, and referrals, and championing the customer’s voice inside Leadoo AI.
  • Strategic Partnership & Business Alignment: Deeply understand each customer’s industry, market, and commercial goals, aligning Leadoo AI to shape transformative, long-term partnerships.
  • Change Management: Guide customers through organisational change, helping them navigate transitions and achieve successful outcomes with Leadoo AI.
  • Team Enablement & Mentorship: Set the standard for independent management of key accounts, act as a consultant and strategist supporting Account Managers on priority accounts, and help develop the account management expertise and processes of the wider team.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Technical Account Management, Onboarding, Support, and Leadership to deliver seamless execution and scalable growth.
  • Risk & Churn Prevention: Anticipate risks early, lead mitigation plans, and maintain high customer satisfaction and retention across high-value accounts.
  • Playbook & Process Creation: We want to learn from your experience—what works and how we can scale—while delivering the best customer experience. Create playbooks, processes, and ways of working that will allow us to mature our organisation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
