About The Role:
We are seeking a super-talented Key Account Manager to join our UK&I Sales Team. We are looking for a strategic, high-energy sales professional to champion and scale our highest-value enterprise accounts. This isn’t a passive relationship maintenance role. You will act as a trusted advisor to a small, elite portfolio of clients, deeply embedding our core communication channels and bespoke Professional Services solutions into their business models. You will own the strategic roadmap for these clients, driving massive organic growth while selectively hunting for new enterprise giants to add to your portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Strategic Growth: Take total ownership of the year-on-year revenue and profit margins for a dedicated portfolio of high-value Commify customers.
- Uncover Hidden Value: Move past basic order-taking. You will consultatively dive into your clients' business challenges, pitching complex messaging solutions and custom software builds delivered by our Professional Services team.
- Master the C-Suite: Build authentic, long-term alliances at both the operational and executive levels (C-suite), transforming Commify from a tech vendor into an indispensable business partner.
- Expand the Portfolio: Use your commercial acumen to identify, hunt, and win select new enterprise clients that match our high-value profile.
- Collaborate: Orchestrate deals by working closely with our key stakeholders, aligning with Marketing to maximise account opportunities and partnering with Professional Services for flawless project delivery.

What You’ll Bring:
We are looking for an exceptional commercial professional who blends structured sales methodology with entrepreneurial drive.
Essential:
- Enterprise Sales Polish: Proven success in enterprise account management or high-value business development, with a track record of securing long-term, multi-year contracts.
- Value-Based Selling DNA: You don't sell on price, you sell on ROI. You excel at navigating complex, multi-stakeholder organisations to discover what clients truly value.
- Commercial Grit: Strong pipeline management, detailed forecasting skills and the agility to pivot tactics when priorities shift.
- People First: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. You can command a room during a pitch and listen empathetically during a crisis.

Desirable:
- Experience selling B2B SaaS, telecom, or bespoke technology solutions.
- A love for data, with a strong working knowledge of Salesforce and Power-BI to track and optimise your sales cycles.
- Experience presenting polished, data-driven business reviews to executive audiences.
