To act as the bridge between RZLT and our clients: owning accounts, owning their marketing, driving satisfaction, spotting opportunities, and ensuring clients get maximum value from our work.
What You'll Do
- Own the client relationship end-to-end - from onboarding to offboarding - as the senior point of contact between clients and internal teams.
- Lead the client journey from sales handover through onboarding, setup, and contracting.
- Direct the internal team's delivery, timelines, and quality - you're accountable for whether client goals are met on time and to standard.
- Shape client strategy and growth plans using business goals, market data, and performance insights; spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Bring senior-level fluency across product marketing, paid advertising, and AI-driven workflows - building frameworks and artifacts that raise how the team and clients work, and using our internal AI tools as core to day-to-day account management.
- Coordinate across growth, content, community, dev, and leadership to keep delivery aligned; resolve issues fast and keep momentum high.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What We Are Looking For
- 8+ years in key account management, marketing management, client success, or a related role.
- Agency experience required — you know the multi-client pace, tighter margins, and faster turnaround agency life demands (client-side or in-house alone won't translate here).
- Paid advertising experience required — comfortable owning budgets, channels, and performance conversations with clients.
- Fintech, SaaS, or digital marketing experience preferred, but not mandatory.
- High proficiency with AI — able to build frameworks and workflows, not just use what's handed to you.
- A strong communicator who translates between client expectations and internal execution, and moves fast when things go sideways.
