Our client, a respected market leader within the Commercial Interiors sector, is looking for a sales professional with experience working within Floorcoverings, Ceramic Tiles, KBB, Furniture or Lighting to cover Yorkshire, Lancashire, Merseyside, Manchester and Tyne & Wear.
Ideally the successful individual will have key account experience within NHS Trusts, Universities or related sectors. Alternatively applications from specification sales professionals who are looking for their next career move into a key account role would also be welcomed.
The organisation has been expanding and are constantly looking for new business opportunities. It is an exciting time to join and develop your career within this leading company who want their employees to grow and develop along with the company.

Key Responsibilities
- To develop effective partnerships with designated customers within the healthcare and education sectors in line with KAM principles.
- To construct/update annually Key Account Plans for major customers.
- To plan for effective coverage of the customer base in relation to existing and potential clients.
- To acquire and develop a thorough working knowledge of all the company’s products and a full understanding of all of their applications.
- To negotiate buying agreements and set up agreed terms with end user customers when appropriate to do so.
- To keep up to date with current legislation and sector/industry trends.
- To proactively communicate with colleagues in sales, marketing, technical services, inventory control and the customer care centre to share information and clearly demonstrate effective teamwork.
