Key Account Manager – Dermatology (Wales & Midlands)
Are you an experienced pharmaceutical Key Account Manager or Hospital Specialist looking to make a real impact in a high-growth dermatology portfolio?
We're partnering with an innovative pharmaceutical company to recruit a commercially driven KAM to lead strategic account management across Wales and the Midlands. You'll work on a priority dermatology brand with significant growth potential and clinical differentiation during launch phase.
The Role
- Drive sales performance across NHS trusts, ICBs, and key dermatology centres
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including consultants, pharmacists, and commissioning leads
- Deliver compelling, compliant product messaging aligned to brand strategy
- Analyse territory data to identify opportunities and optimise resource deployment
- Collaborate with medical affairs, marketing, and patient access teams to maximise brand impact

About You
- Proven track record in dermatology
- Experience managing complex accounts within the NHS or private healthcare settings
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence at senior levels
- ABPI qualified
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a collaborative mindset
