We’re looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager to develop and lead strategic foodservice accounts across the region under our FDL (Fuerst Day Lawson) product range. You’ll take ownership of key multinational customer relationships, drive sales growth, and lead projects from concept to execution—bringing innovative, tailored solutions to market.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and grow key foodservice accounts across EMEA
- Execute regional and global key account strategies
- Lead customer projects from brief to implementation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, application, and development teams
- Manage a diverse portfolio of branded and bespoke solutions
- Own pricing, sales plans, and budgets
- Build long-term partnerships with chains, independents, and distributors
- Identify new market opportunities and drive growth

What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years’ experience in B2B foodservice sales (EMEA), ideally within coffee and QSR
- Strong network across foodservice chains and distributors
- Proven track record in sales delivery and project management
- Commercially sharp, self-driven, and structured in your approach
- Fluent in English and willing to travel across the region
- Experience working within a matrix organisation
