Job Overview
As a Key Account Manager at PAX, you will focus on customer retention, relationship management, client liaison, and after-sales service. Your goal is to boost customer satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business, while building sustainable, long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for achieving overall business objectives with assigned retail key accounts and distributors, including sales growth, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Act as the representative of the Company to retail customers and distributors, developing strong and long-term business relationships and maintaining a deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with key customers, identify business opportunities, and proactively resolve customer issues by coordinating with internal teams.
- Develop and execute account strategies and business plans based on market trends, customer insights, sales performance, and commercial objectives.
- Lead regular business reviews with key customers, monitor sales performance, identify gaps and opportunities, and agree on action plans to drive business growth.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and other internal teams to ensure effective execution of customer plans, timely product availability, and high-quality service.
- Monitor in-store execution to improve product availability, visibility, distribution, and sales performance across retail stores.
- Identify potential risks and challenges within accounts and develop practical solutions to ensure the achievement of business objectives.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and above.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or client relationship roles; experienced working with major retail accounts or FMCG distributors in the UK market.
- Strong customer service mindset and empathy; attentive and adept at long-term relationship nurturing.
- Excellent communication skills with efficient coordination capabilities to resolve disputes and manage account risks.
- Reliable, resilient under pressure, and highly proactive, committed to long-term account management.
- Exceptional communication skills in English.
- Candidate must be eligible to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.
