Key Account Manager – International Spirits Business - London – up to £55,000
My client is a global spirits distributor recognised for representing some of the best brands in the world. They lead from the front in terms of quality and innovation and you will find their spirits in some of the best bars and restaurants worldwide.
We are on the lookout for a Key Account Manager to join the sales team in London. This role will focus on some of London’s most influential bars, hotels and restaurants with responsibility for developing long-term relationships and driving the visibility, distribution and knowledge of the prestigious portfolio of spirits.
You will be exploring London’s premium hospitality scene and will work closely with restaurant managers, bartenders and drinks professionals to bring brands to life. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong London on-trade network who is passionate about premium spirits, cocktails and hospitality.

Core Key Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of premium and prestige spirits.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with London’s best bars, restaurants and hotels.
- Drive distribution through menu listings, signature serves, premium placements and overall great visibility.
- Develop creative activations and partnerships.
- Manage brand investment and budgets with strong commercial and brand-building returns.
- Represent the business at trade shows, industry events, launches and in-venue activations.
- Work flexibly across daytime and evening trade to maintain strong relationships and a visible presence in the market.

Core Key Account Manager qualities:
- Strong experience within the London prestige and premium on-trade.
- An established network across leading cocktail bars, restaurants, hotels and hospitality groups.
- Proven experience growing premium drinks brands through distribution, menu listings, visibility and account development.
- Commercial confidence, including experience managing investment, budgets and account plans.
- Strong CRM and reporting discipline.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- A love for all things spirits and relationship building.
