Key Account Manager (Health Service Manager) | Southwest, Thames Valley & Wales

Territory: Thames Valley, HIOW, Dorset, Devon, BNSSG, Wales & Somerset

Are you an experienced pharmaceutical account manager with strong formulary experience, NHS knowledge, market access expertise and a track record of influencing key stakeholders across primary and secondary care? Join a growing organisation as a Key Account Manager leading local account planning, formulary access and healthcare partnership projects across a high-potential territory. Branded generic experience is desirable but not essential.

About The Role

  • Develop and deliver strategic account plans across local NHS health economies.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders across primary and secondary care, including clinicians, payers and formulary decision-makers.
  • Drive market access, formulary inclusion and uptake of products and services.
  • Identify opportunities to improve patient pathways and healthcare outcomes.
  • Achieve sales and business objectives through effective account management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with the ABPI Code of Practice and company policies.

About You

  • Proven experience in a Key Account Manager, Health Service Manager, Market Access or Pharmaceutical Sales role.
  • Strong understanding of the NHS, local healthcare systems and patient pathways.
  • Experience managing formularies and influencing healthcare stakeholders.
  • Commercially focused with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • ABPI qualified.
  • Full UK driving licence.
