Key Account Manager

Job Description

We are looking for Key Account Managers to join our Personal Health sales team.

Your Role

  • Creation and adaptation of both customer & Philips strategy.
  • Ensuring sales & profit targets are set and achieved, delivering against account specific growth plan.
  • Negotiating commercial terms including range, distribution and pricing agreements.
  • Constructing, agreeing and implementing customer joint business plans.
  • Growing Philips market share by focusing on range, product mix, and promotional effectiveness.
  • Actively seek & position new concepts and strategies, in alignment with Customer Marketing Manager’s, driving the digital agenda.
  • Co-ordinating with company supply chain function to ensure on-time fulfilment of orders.
  • Collaborating with Category Management to analyse sales & market trends and identify emergent risks & opportunities.
  • Ensuring accounting records are completed on time and in full.

This role reports into the Channel Leader.

You’re Right For This Role If You

  • Are a performance-driven individual capable of achieving multiple KPIs, with the ability to manage the complete customer P&L and drive sales and profit growth.
  • Possess excellent sales and negotiation skills. Have the capability to create and shape customer strategies.
  • Have previous Sales/Account Management experience is necessary along with knowledge of the market landscape and competitors.
  • Possess a solid understanding of category based selling and digital media, as well as familiarity with relevant support functions such as supply chain and finance.
  • Ability to complete admin in an accurate timely fashion.
  • Have a solution-focused, action-oriented approach is essential, as is the ability to work effectively within a team.

Compensation & Benefits

Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is £32,000 - £50,000. This role is eligible for a sales incentive with your rewards linked to key performance indicators and company results.
