Key Account Manager – National FM Partner

Ecolab, Pest Division are looking for a Key Account Manager. The objective of this position is to develop, grow and retain business within our biggest FM partner, where we are Tier 1 supplier. It is also responsible for managing operational challenges, mobilisation plans and help driving the best in class service levels our partner expects. The position is a direct report to the Account Director.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To network, migrate and grow the account base to Ecolab
  • Manage and grow existing accounts within the partner network
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relations where challenges and operational changes are acted upon quickly and efficiently
  • Work closely with operations to instil and train best practice for nuances across the account base

EXPERIENCE:

  • 4 plus years of proven account management, sales or operations experience preferably in B2B and/or the service industry.
  • Able to demonstrate success and experience managing major account customers and contracts, particularly achieving high retention metrics.
  • Possess the ability to network, build an org chart and grow the partnership
  • Must be an excellent face-to-face and telephone communicator
  • Must have the ability to present at account through to board level
  • Previous pest industry experience is desirable
