Your Role
Corpay is looking to hire a Key Account Manager within our epyx division, this position falls under our Fleet Maintenance line of business and is a field-based role working from our Meriden office.
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for fostering strong and enduring relationships with our key clients in the automotive industry. You will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction, driving account growth, and identifying opportunities for collaboration and expansion. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of automotive technology solutions.
How We Work
Our business operating hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5.00pm.
Corpay will set you up for success by providing:
- Dedicated office space and home office setup
- Company-issued equipment
- Formal, hands-on training
Role Responsibilities
Relationship Management:
- Building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with key clients in the automotive industry.
- Serving as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
- Regularly engaging with clients to understand their evolving needs and align our solutions with their business objectives.
Account Growth and Retention:
- Developing and implementing strategies to drive organic growth within key accounts.
- Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of epyx products and services.
- Proactively addressing any issues or challenges to ensure client retention and loyalty.
Account Planning:
- Collaborating with clients to understand their business goals and challenges.
- Developing and execute account plans that align with both client objectives and epyx's business goals.
- Identifying opportunities for long-term partnerships and collaboration.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Effectively communicating the value proposition of epyx solutions to key stakeholders.
- Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions.
Performance Analysis:
- Conducting regular account reviews to assess performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analysing data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimisation.

Key Skills
- Proven experience in key account management, ideally with large and complex organisations
- Strong commercial awareness and sales acumen
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
