About the Role

Passiv, part of the BUUK Infrastructure Group, are looking for a Key Account Manager who would like to help us reach our mission to “earn customer loyalty and drive business growth by providing consistently excellent service”.

Purpose of this Role

Acting as the strategic partner and advocate for key clients, while managing supplier relationships and optimising internal processes, resources and workflows to deliver exceptional results.

Your Key Responsibilities Are

  • Own, manage and grow customer relationships for key accounts across Solar and Heat portfolios.
  • Monitoring account performance and producing KPI reports.
  • Maintaining account management plans and actively using the CRM.
  • Organising business review meetings.
  • Fulfilling quotation requests and enquiries.
  • Supporting bid submissions and supplier questionnaires.
  • Supporting the Finance team with cash collection.
  • Manage the day to day operational supplier relationships such as O&M suppliers for Solar clients.
  • Support the set up of new accounts for Solar services, coordinating with the Technical Support and Finance teams as well as the customer to ensure a smooth on-boarding.
  • Manage end to end REGO process (annually) including coordinating with customers, Ofgem and off-takers.
  • Forecast, track and report sales and revenue performance against plan; take corrective action where required.
  • Successfully execute the Company's brand and messaging strategy and act as a promoter of the brand.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry-related regulatory and market activities affecting the business; track and report on arising risks and opportunities.
  • Assume responsibility for operational activities in the absence of the Service Director.

Experience/Knowledge

  • Any other duties as required by the manager.
  • Knowledge of the domestic solar market.
  • Experience of delivering sales success.
  • Experience of managing customer accounts.

Abilities/Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good numeracy skills with excellent working knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint or equivalents.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.

Desirable

  • Degree or equivalent.
  • Experience of working with technology/software.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office programmes or equivalent.

Conditions of Employment

  • You will hold a driving licence.
