Build the next stage of growth for an international beauty brand in the UK.
We are supporting a confidential search for an experienced commercial professional to lead the development of a growing beauty and skincare business in the United Kingdom.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of UK retail expansion, develop strategic customer partnerships, and build a scalable commercial foundation across major beauty retailers and e-commerce platforms.
About the Opportunity
Our company is an international beauty group with a growing portfolio of skincare and beauty brands, including Skintific. As the business expands its presence in the UK, we are looking for a commercially minded individual who can combine retailer expertise, strong account management, and hands-on execution to establish and grow the brand across the market.
This role offers the opportunity to shape the UK commercial strategy, build retailer relationships, and work closely with international stakeholders in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the UK commercial strategy across modern trade, specialty beauty, and e-commerce channels.
- Identify, develop, and manage relationships with key retail accounts, including Boots, Superdrug, Sephora, and relevant online beauty retailers.
- Own the end-to-end commercial process, from retailer prospecting and buyer engagement through to negotiation, launch, and ongoing account growth.
- Develop joint business plans with retail partners to drive distribution, sell-through, revenue growth, and brand visibility.
- Manage commercial negotiations, including pricing, trade terms, promotional activity, and account profitability.
- Work closely with marketing and international teams to translate global brand strategy into locally relevant UK retail activation.
- Monitor sales performance, distribution, inventory, and promotional effectiveness, using data to identify opportunities and address challenges.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
