Specialist Oncology Key Account Manager
Northern England & Scotland | Hybrid
Ready to move beyond traditional Oncology sales and become a true strategic partner to the NHS?
We're looking for an experienced Oncology/Haematology KAM to join a highly specialised team working across complex NHS networks.
This is a strategic role for someone who can operate with autonomy, build credibility with senior clinical stakeholders and drive meaningful improvements in patient pathways and service delivery.
What you'll bring:
- Strong Oncology, Haematology or Haem-Oncology experience
- Proven Key Account Management capability within specialist care
- Experience of NHS partnership working, local market access and pathway development
- A track record of supporting service redesign, implementation or healthcare transformation projects
- The scientific credibility to engage confidently with highly knowledgeable clinical stakeholders
- The ability to work independently, own a territory and operate in a highly consultative manner

You'll be responsible for:
- Building strategic relationships with Consultant Haematologists, Oncologists, Pharmacists, Service Managers and Commissioners
- Identifying opportunities to improve patient access and optimise treatment pathways
- Supporting service design, redesign and implementation initiatives
- Leading complex stakeholder engagement across NHS organisations
- Developing and executing high-impact account plans
- Partnering closely with Medical, Market Access and Commercial teams
