Job Description:

This exciting role provides you with the opportunity to manage Loma’s key customer accounts. Your objective will be to create a win-win customer relationship, where Loma is viewed as a trusted advisor, and the relationships mutually supports Loma’s and the customers long term profitability and success.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue and long term profitability targets.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to ensure mutual satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
  • Understand customer needs, challenges, and long term business goals to help influence Loma’s innovation activities and ongoing continuous improvement focus.
  • Analyse client data to identify trends, areas of improvement, problem machines or solutions and potential risks. Use insights to drive informed decision-making and enhance overall account management strategies.
  • Monitor market and industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for account growth.
  • Lead contract negotiations with key accounts, ensuring favourable terms for both parties.
  • Address any disputes, escalations or challenges efficiently to maintain a positive client relationship.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, product development, engineering and service teams to deliver an exceptional client experience. Help to facilitate seamless communication between the client and relevant internal Loma departments.
  • Monitor account performance against agreed objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Previous experience in a key account management or senior sales role.
  • This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Analytical and numerate with the ability to interpret data and trends effectively.
  • High level of organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Excellent at building rapport and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex client needs.
  • Willing to travel to customer sites regularly.
