Key Account Manager – Global Spirits Portfolio – South West – Up to £45,000 plus £6k car allowance and bonus
My client is a well-known global spirits business in the UK with a range of category defining brands. This business has a strong growth trajectory and holds some of the most popular brands in their portfolio. This global business is a staple across both on and off trade.
As the Key Account Manager for this business, you will be pivotal in supporting the strategy for growth across several premium and luxury venues in the Southwest. The Key Account Manager will have day to day account management, P&L oversight and ultimately be responsible for developing relationships.
The ideal candidate for this will have a passion for spirits, a strong understanding of the prestige sector and track record in commerciality and managing relationships.

Key Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the luxury beverage sector.
- Manage new business targets along with development of existing product ranges.
- Implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote our premium drink brands.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, distribution, and product development, to ensure customer satisfaction and product excellence.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand your professional network.
The Ideal Key Account Manager candidate:
- Previous experience working in the prestige and luxury drinks space across the South West, ideally around Bath or Bristol.
- Be a self-starter who is driven to succeed – A strong understanding of the Hospitality sector is required!
- Proven track record in delivering growth across both On & Off trade specialist channels.
- A customer-oriented approach to account management which aims to exceed expectations.
- A strong and assertive style to self-management and motivation.
- Able to negotiate, deliver training and competently explain an alcoholic product range.
- Must be able to drive.
