Key Account Manager

This is a growth-focused Key Account Manager role responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of enterprise customers across the UK & Ireland. You'll drive revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic account development while owning the full sales cycle and building relationships with senior stakeholders within a high-growth commercial team.

Description

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts across the UK & Ireland.
  • Identify and close upsell, cross-sell, and account expansion opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and key decision-makers.
  • Own the full sales cycle, from discovery and qualification through to negotiation and close.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and deliver against quarterly and annual targets.
  • Conduct regular customer meetings to uncover business challenges and commercial opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful customer outcomes and long-term account growth.

Profile

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in Key Account Management, Account Management, or Account Executive roles, with a proven track record of growing revenue within enterprise accounts. They will be a consultative seller who is comfortable managing the full sales cycle, building relationships with senior stakeholders, and identifying upsell, cross-sell, and account expansion opportunities. Experience with MEDDPICC (or a similar sales methodology) and a strong history of achieving commercial targets are highly desirable.

Job Offer

  • £55,000-£65,000 base salary with £108,333+ OTE and uncapped commission (60/40 split)
