Key Account Manager – Global business that operates in the pharmaceutical industry.

Privately Owned | High-Growth | Customer-Driven

A privately owned global leader in the healthcare industry is searching for an autonomous, self-motivated, commercially sharp Key Account Manager who thrives on winning new business, deepening customer relationships, and becoming the go-to expert on product knowledge.

If you’re the type of person who takes initiative before being asked, loves the chase of new business, and builds trust through expertise, this is the role where you’ll shine.

The Opportunity

You’ll join a business with a strong international footprint, a respected brand, and a reputation for innovation. As a key member of the commercial team, you’ll manage strategic accounts while actively identifying, targeting, and converting new customers across the healthcare sector.

This is a role for someone who wants freedom, ownership, and the space to make a real commercial impact.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
