BE & Partners Recruitment is partnering with a leading international manufacturer in the protective and industrial packaging sector to recruit an experienced Key Account Manager (UK). This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing global business, manage strategic customer relationships, and play a key role in expanding the company's presence across the UK market.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing long-term partnerships with key customers while driving sustainable business growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing strategic account plans to maximize growth and profitability.
  • Managing key customer relationships and leading commercial negotiations for annual and periodic agreements.
  • Identifying customer needs and delivering tailored commercial solutions.
  • Driving new business development and expanding market presence across the UK.
  • Managing budgets, forecasting sales, and supporting production planning through accurate demand forecasting.
  • Coordinating cross-functional projects to ensure successful customer delivery.
  • Working closely with internal teams across commercial, operations, and supply chain.
  • Representing the business at customer meetings, industry events, and international visits when required.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Key Account Management or B2B Sales.
  • Experience within industrial packaging, export packaging, protective packaging, manufacturing, or related sectors is highly desirable.
  • Strong commercial negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Proven experience managing key accounts, budgets, and sales forecasts.
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
  • Strong financial understanding with budget and P&L awareness.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly analytical, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across international teams.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Willingness to travel across the UK and internationally when required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
