Join a fast-growing pharmaceutical business and play a pivotal role in expanding access to innovative ADHD and epilepsy therapies.

Proclinical is seeking a Key Account Manager to join a dynamic team in the pharmaceutical industry, focusing on the metabolic and endocrinology sector. This role involves managing key accounts within the London and Southeast territory, with a particular emphasis on driving clinical demand and market access for ADHD and epilepsy therapies.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clinical teams, including ADHD-CAMHS, pediatric specialists, and epilepsy specialist nurses.
  • Drive clinical demand and manage the formulary process to ensure market access for products.
  • Identify and engage key opinion leaders within the territory.
  • Collaborate with the National Sales Manager and other Key Account Managers to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Actively contribute to the successful launch of new products and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities within the territory.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Proven experience in key account management or pharmaceutical sales.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Knowledge of ADHD therapies, CAMHS, and epilepsy treatment pathways is advantageous.
  • Existing contacts within NHS ADHD or epilepsy units are a plus.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, evolving commercial environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the London and Southeast territory.
