Your Responsibilities

  • Full ownership of a defined product portfolio within GARDENA’s Amazon Europe Vendor business (EU10) – including revenue, profuitability, and investments
  • Acting as the commercial owner for your categories, driving sustainable growth and actively steering margin, pricing, and investments in a highly competitive Amazon environment
  • Leading end-to-end go-to-market strategies – from assortment planning and product launches to lifecycle and phase-out management
  • Identifying and unlocking growth opportunities across marketplaces and categories within Amazon
  • Steering promotions, deal events, and seasonal campaigns for your portfolio across all European marketplaces
  • Driving continuous improvement of content, visibility, and conversion performance

Team Setup

  • You are part of a team of Key Account Managers, each owning a defined product portfolio
  • While ownership is clearly split by category, Amazon is managed centrally as one customer
  • Strategic discussions, negotiations, and key meetings with Amazon are led jointly as a team
  • Close alignment within the team is critical to balance growth, profitability, and investment decisions across categories
  • You collaborate closely with Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance to deliver end-to-end results

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
