HLN Seeking Experienced Architectural Technician/Architect
HLN are looking for an experienced architectural technician/architect in our Cardiff office, to act as account manager for a long-established key client account. HLN have a regional framework agreement with the client, covering Wales and Central UK. Work includes new build and refurbishment projects across multiple sites, from strategic planning to construction and completion. The position involves oversight of a small team of staff and liaison with the Client, contractors, and consultant teams.

- Ensure effective communication with clients and contractors.
- Deliver quality designs and technical information.
- Possess a good knowledge of Building Regulations and the Planning System.
- Utilize AutoCAD, with Revit experience being ideal but not essential.
Role Overview
As Key Account Manager, your role will include:
- Ensuring HLN optimizes available opportunities within the framework.
- Establishing good client relationships.
- Monitoring the framework portal.
