Key Account Manager
Arla Foods are currently looking to recruit a Key Account Manager to join our commercial team based at our Leeds Head Office.
This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to demonstrate and further develop their commercial skill set with a winning retail partner, working closely with the wider Sales team and learning from behaviours and approaches that are regarded as best-in-class within the dairy industry.
How you will make an impact
The responsibilities of the role include;
- Effective negotiation and management of annual JBP process/promotional planning
- Delivery of key financial targets set by portfolio
- Management of monthly S&OP process for portfolio
- Annual tender negotiations, price management directives
- Delivery of an own label and branded NPD pipeline
- Supporting, mentoring & developing the skills and commercial acumen of the Sales Coordinator within the team

What will make you successful
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate strong business awareness and commercial acumen. You will engage broadly across the business with the objective of bringing Arla’s cooperative equity to life for customers, creating mutual gain. Strong communication and presentation skills are therefore essential. You will be highly organised with excellent numerical ability, and above all possesses a positive, can-do attitude with a strong desire to succeed.
