HYBRID Primary Care Key Account Manager – East of England

Territory

Cambridge | Colchester | Ilford | Romford

IQVIA is looking to recruit a Primary Care Key Account Manager who will play a pivotal role in improving patient access to innovative treatments in Women’s Health. This is a unique opportunity to work across the healthcare pathway, driving awareness and supporting appropriate referrals from Primary Care into Secondary Care.

This is a hybrid role, combining education and account management with high-quality clinical engagement across Primary Care.

The Role

As a Key Account Manager, you will work closely with GPs, Practice Nurses, Primary Care Networks and other healthcare stakeholders to increase awareness of treatment options in Women’s Health. Through education, pathway development and account management, you will help ensure appropriate patients are identified and referred for specialist treatment.

You will:

  • Build and develop relationships with key Primary Care stakeholders across your territory.
  • Deliver compliant, evidence-based education on available treatment options.
  • Support the development and optimisation of referral pathways between Primary and Secondary Care.
  • Increase awareness of treatment centres and help improve patient access to care.
  • Identify opportunities within local healthcare systems to improve patient outcomes and reduce waiting times.
  • Manage key accounts strategically, developing tailored territory plans and stakeholder engagement strategies.
  • Deliver impactful face-to-face and virtual meetings, educational programmes, webinars and professional events.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure alignment with brand objectives, NHS priorities and local healthcare needs.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
