About the Role
We are seeking an industry specialist who knows the Northern "Golden Triangle" inside out. In this role, you won't just be "selling bottles"—you will act as a strategic brand builder and commercial partner to the top bars, restaurants, and boutique hotels across the region.
Your Mission
- Own the Territory: Nurture and expand a premium portfolio of accounts across Manchester, Leeds, and Liverpool.
- Drive Growth: Identify and secure new high-profile accounts that align with our boutique, trend-setting brand identity.
- Be the Expert: Act as lead brand ambassador for a diverse roster of spirits, aperitifs, and low/no-alcohol innovations.
- Data-Driven Sales: Use market insights and menu engineering to help trade partners optimize both their offerings and gross margins.
- Customer Obsession: Deliver high-touch service that converts venue buyers into long-term brand advocates.

Who You Are
- Experienced: 5+ years of experience in the UK drinks industry, specifically focused on premium on-trade accounts.
- Well-Connected: A familiar, trusted face in the top bars, venues, and hospitality groups across the North with an active "black book" of contacts.
- Analytical: Sharp commercial eye—you easily identify market trends, menu gaps, and volume opportunities.
- Territory-Based: Located within an easy commute of the Manchester/Leeds/Liverpool network.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable leveraging modern digital platforms to streamline ordering, reporting, and account management.

The Roster
You will be scaling a world-class portfolio, including:
- Agave & Craft Spirits: Condesa Mexican Gin, Curado Tequilas, and artisan Mezcals.
- Specialty & Aperitifs: St. Agrestis (Phony Negroni), Anthema, Halong Rum, and Bonanto Aperitif.
- Innovation & Non-Alc: Collider (functional NA beer with adaptogens) and Libertine Blends.
- Sparkling: Emissary Sparkling Wines.
