Role Overview
We are looking for a commercially minded Key Account Manager to lead relationships with some of Savills' most important cross-border property management clients across Europe.
This is a strategic role focused on client leadership, portfolio oversight, and business growth. You'll serve as the primary contact for key institutional investors, coordinate service delivery across multiple countries, drive operational excellence, and ensure consistent standards across diverse real estate portfolios.
You'll work closely with senior leaders across Europe to shape long-term client strategies, support portfolio mobilisations, strengthen reporting and governance frameworks, and identify opportunities to improve performance through technology, data, and innovation.
The successful candidate will have strong commercial property experience, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to influence senior decision-makers across international markets.

Remuneration and benefits will be determined in line with the successful candidate's country of employment, ensuring alignment with local market practice, employment regulations, and Savills' regional reward framework. Experience & Qualifications
Essential
- Significant experience within commercial property management, asset management, or real estate advisory.
- Experience managing large institutional investor relationships.
- Proven experience coordinating multi-country property portfolios.
- Strong understanding of European real estate markets.
- Experience leading strategic client relationships.
- Strong commercial awareness and financial acumen.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Experience presenting to senior executives and board-level clients.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI capability.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.

Desirable
- MRICS qualified.
- Additional European language(s).
- Experience within Industrial & Logistics portfolios.
- Experience managing Office, Retail, Living, or Mixed-Use portfolios.
- Understanding of ESG reporting and sustainability frameworks.
- Experience leading portfolio mobilisations and transitions.
- Experience working with AI-driven reporting and data solutions.
- International business development experience.
