Strickland Tracks is an industrial equipment supplier that specializes in manufacturing and distributing crawler systems. Renowned for providing high quality and innovative engineered products, Strickland Tracks manufacture for a variety of applications including construction, recycling and agricultural machinery. Engineering excellence is Strickland Tracks' core strength, with a vast breadth of engineers throughout the business.
Part of the wider USCO-ITR Group, Strickland is recognized as an industry leader. We now have an exciting new role within our Sales team as a Key Account Manager. Reporting to the Sales Director, the role primarily consists of relationship led strategic account management and new business development. The customer interface is based in a solution led sales process with tailored solutions developed to meet individual customer requests.

Through a value-based sales approach the Key Account Manager would be responsible for growing existing accounts and developing new business.
The successful candidate will have proven experience of managing Key Accounts within a Business-to-Business product related sales team, ideally within a manufacturing environment. You will be technically minded with impeccable attention to detail, to support the wider Sales team with the development of costings and customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities will be:
- Management of OEM accounts
- Pro-actively drive sales and margin through value-based selling
- Negotiate pricing and terms with customers
- Provide technical support to customers (application engineering solutions)
- Administrative support to the Sales Director
You will be expected to, on occasion, travel both nationally and internationally.
