Key Account Manager – Grocery Retail

Location: London (Hybrid/London HQ)
Salary: £55,000 – £75,000 (DOE)

The Role

Ready to step up and shape the commercial strategy for the fastest-growing premium coffee brand in the UK? As Key Account Manager, you will take total ownership of major tier-one grocery accounts—including leading Big Four grocers and top-tier premium supermarkets. You will lead high-stakes customer negotiations, craft Joint Business Plans, launch innovative new products, and turn deep category insights into undeniable commercial growth. Operating with a high degree of autonomy from the London HQ, you will act as a trusted partner to major retail buyers while steering P&L performance, trade investment, and promotional execution.

What We Want

  • Proven Grocery Track Record: Solid experience as a KAM or NAM within UK grocery retail, directly managing major multiple grocers and major retail accounts.
  • Commercial Sharpness: Deep command of Joint Business Planning, P&L management, trade investment, and financial forecasting.
  • Category Insight: Direct coffee category experience is highly desirable, but a strong track record across branded FMCG with the ability to translate consumer data into commercial action is essential.
  • Influencing Skills: Exceptional relationship-building prowess with the confidence to negotiate hard, challenge constructively, and win high-profile listings.
