Hospital Key Account Manager – Immunology – East England & NE London

Since 1970, our clients’ mission has been to improve patients’ quality of life worldwide by making the best medical treatments available. They are constantly working to improve authorised medicines and to develop innovative therapies in the fields of autoimmune, urology, haematology, and oncology.

They now seek an enthusiastic self-motivated sales professional who will lead Hospital Sales in the area shown. The role focuses on driving sales performance, securing market access, and ensuring products are successfully included on formularies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Achieve agreed annual sales target and market share growth
  • Manage the key stakeholders - dermatologists/rheumatologists
  • Recognise and access new local customer groups and individuals who can influence the use of products
  • Update and maintain a knowledge of the NHS and market access process to ensure the sales of the promoted brands are maximised and that you are received as the partner of choice for the NHS

Candidate profile:

  • ABPI Certification
  • Secondary care experience
  • Current/recent experience in Dermatology/Immunology advantageous
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Product knowledge, clinical background, and NHS knowledge
  • Business planning and organisation
  • Ability to identify and access all customers in the key account management process
  • Results-focused and resilient
  • Motivated, passionate, pro-active, having excellent commercial and negotiation skills
