With a strong product portfolio, trusted brand reputation, and significant market potential, you will help expand our presence in the specification market while building new opportunities with customers and partners across one of the UK's most important construction and development hubs.

Working closely with consultants, contractors, developers, wholesalers, and installers, you will influence project specifications and help strengthen DEVI's position in a competitive market. Your efforts will directly contribute to regaining market share and delivering sustainable growth in the region.

Based in the Greater Manchester area and working remotely, you will have the autonomy to develop your market, build strong customer relationships, and create long-term business opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Influence project specifications by partnering with consultants, contractors, developers, architects, and other key decision-makers to position DEVI solutions early in the sales cycle.
  • Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and customer meetings that help customers understand the value of our electric heating, frost protection, and snow-melt solutions.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers, wholesalers, distributors, and installers to strengthen DEVI's market position and increase sales.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
