EMEA Key Account Manager
Location: London (Hybrid), with frequent international travel (Hybrid working, 2 days in office)
Package: c.£60,000 + bonus + strong benefits
Are you an experienced international account manager with a proven track record of driving sales and profit growth through distributor management and market expansion? If so, this could be your next step.
We are proud to be partnering with a leading global FMCG business, home to a portfolio of well-known consumer brands, to recruit an EMEA Key Account Manager for its London office.
As EMEA Key Account Manager, you will be the main point of contact and strategic lead for internal and external stakeholders across your markets. You will build businesses from scratch in key territories, manage distributor partners and make sure everything lines up with the global brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and appoint strong distribution partners in key markets.
- Deliver sales and profit targets through effective distributor management.
- Monitor in-market sales and distributor stock levels, taking action to achieve budget.
- Analyse sales and brand performance to drive further profitable growth.
- Motivate, challenge and support distributors to maximise sales and profit growth.
- Evaluate existing and potential distributor performance.
- Identify, recommend and appoint new distributors in greenfield markets.
- Manage business transfers between distributors where needed.
- Set and control pricing with senior leadership approval.
- Lead new brand and SKU launches with support from the international marketing team.

About You
- At least 5 years' experience in international or export account management within FMCG.
- A proven record of building businesses across Western and Eastern Europe, including developing new territories.
- Experience within FMCG, beauty/cosmetics is preferable
- Strong marketing and brand-building knowledge.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and influencing skills.
- An international mindset and cultural sensitivity.
- A commercial hunter with the drive to compete with top industry players.
- A self-starter and team player who builds strong relationships and delivers projects on time.
- Confident with Microsoft Office.
The role involves frequent international travel, often with overnight stays, and some flexibility outside core hours.
