Our opportunity:

The Key Account Manager (Event Sales) at BAFTA 195 Piccadilly will play a critical role in managing inbound sales whilst driving proactive outbound sales efforts, securing high-end corporate and private events, and managing relationships with key clients and event agencies.

This role involves:

  • Line management of a heavily targeted sales team,
  • Working alongside the head of department to deliver on strategies to attract new business,
  • Maintaining long-term client relationships,
  • A focus on converting leads into confirmed bookings and maximising sales,
  • Ensuring a seamless experience for clients from initial contact through to post-event follow-up.

Who you are?

  • A strong and confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to
  • Able to build rapport and influence decision-makers
  • A natural salesperson with first class negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive and resilient approach
  • Proficient in sales reporting, analytical and able to identify key metrics and statistics to present to senior management
