Key Account Manager – Retail 🍜🌱🛒
W London (Hybrid, 3 days office)
£35–45k base + bonus + benefits
UK travel + occasional international events
We are supporting a leading organic and Asian-inspired food brand looking for a commercially sharp Key Accounts Manager to help accelerate UK growth. If you’re passionate about sustainable eating, organic food and challenger brands, this is a brilliant step.
You’ll manage and grow a mix of online, wholesale and grocery customers - including taking ownership of several UK grocery accounts. Ocado experience is a real advantage, but strong grocery account management from any retailer is welcome.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Growing UK online, wholesale and grocery accounts
- Delivering sales targets and driving sustainable growth
- Owning promotional plans and customer activation
- Turning data into insight and insight into action
- Supporting trade shows and occasional international events
- Championing the mission

We’re Looking For 🌱📈🛒
- 2+ years in sales or account management (organic/natural food a bonus)
- Experience with pure-play online retailers - Ocado ideal
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
- Confident communicator with a proactive, organised approach
- Genuine passion for organic food, sustainability and health-led brands
