We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our UK team on a 24-month fixed-term contract. The role will focus on managing and developing key customer accounts, building strong relationships and supporting the continued growth of our brands across the UK market.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of key customer accounts.
- Achieve agreed sales targets and identify opportunities for account growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and business partners.
- Develop and support sell-in and sell-out strategies.
- Prepare sales forecasts, monthly reports and performance analysis.
- Plan and manage customer promotions and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Work closely with Marketing and internal teams to support sales and brand growth.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activity.
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor product performance and positioning.
- Support new business and account development opportunities.

Ideal Candidate
- 3–5 years' experience in Account Management, Sales or a similar commercial role.
- FMCG experience, preferably within Beauty or Personal Care.
- Experience managing retail or wholesale accounts.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially aware with good analytical skills.
- Sales-driven, proactive and a strong team player.
