Drive profitable, sustainable growth across UK Wholesale Menswear accounts by owning seasonal launches, reorders, budgets, and brand execution.

Role Overview
We are seeking a commercially strong, Key Account Manager to lead key UK wholesale accounts.
The role owns sell-in, budgets, forecasts, sell-out, and trading across seasonal and reorder business while maintaining luxury brand standards.
You will manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while delivering results with accountability, collaboration, and a passion for luxury menswear.
Reporting Line
Direct Line Manager: Menswear Sales Manager
Commercial & Trading Ownership
- Own budgets, forecasts, and commercial performance
- Deliver seasonal launches and in-season reorder results
- Lead in-season trading, driving sell-out, stock health, and reorders
- Own sell-out reporting for weekly and monthly trade reviews
- Track trading terms and seasonal investment against budgets
- Partner with Customer Operations to ensure on-time delivery and speed to market
Product & Brand Guardianship
- Own product presentation and storytelling across accounts
- Lead customer appointments on seasonal ranges and reorder plans
- Protect brand standards across online merchandising, content, and storytelling
- Support retail teams with product training and salesmanship
- Conduct regular store visits across the account base

Stakeholder & Buyer Collaboration
- Build strong relationships with buyers and key stakeholders
- Partner with the Buying Team to shape assortment and reorder strategy
- Work cross-functionally with Brand, Marketing, Business Development, and Operations
Experience & Capabilities
- 3-6 strategic cycles in wholesale, key account management, or commercial roles, ideally in luxury or premium fashion
- Strong menswear product knowledge and understanding of the luxury market
- Proven ownership of budgets, forecasts, and in-season trading decisions
- Advanced Excel required; PowerPoint and BI tools are a plus
- Strong presentation, commercial judgment, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
