Key Account Manager – Reebok Europe | UK Retail

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Key Account Manager / National Account Manager to join Reebok Europe, managing and developing strategic UK retail accounts.

This is a commercially focused role for someone with strong experience within sportswear, footwear, apparel, fashion, sporting goods or branded consumer products, who understands how to grow major retail accounts and build long-term commercial partnerships.

The Role

You will take ownership of a portfolio of key UK retail customers, driving sales growth, profitability and brand presence.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and developing strategic UK retail accounts
  • Leading seasonal sell-in appointments, range presentations and line reviews
  • Developing account plans to achieve sales, margin and growth targets
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities
  • Managing sales forecasts, order books, delivery timelines and seasonal critical paths
  • Analysing sell-through, sales, inventory, marketplace and competitor performance
  • Negotiating pricing, commercial terms, payment terms and promotional activity
  • Working closely with Product, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance and Marketing
  • Building strong, long-term relationships with key retail partners

About You

We are particularly interested in candidates with:

  • Proven Key Account Management or National Account Management experience
  • Experience within sportswear, footwear, apparel, fashion, sporting goods or consumer products
  • A strong track record of managing major retail customers and delivering commercial sales growth
  • Strong commercial negotiation and account planning skills
  • Experience analysing sell-through, sales and inventory data
  • Strong forecasting and commercial analytical capability
  • Excellent presentation and relationship-management skills
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to operate effectively within a fast-paced, international branded business
