🚀 About the Role

ZOE is entering an exciting phase of growth, and we’re looking for a dedicated Key Account Manager to help shape and scale our retail channel, while also supporting with other key commercial partnerships. This is a highly operational, high-impact role for someone who can turn commercial opportunities into clear plans, fast action, and strong retail execution. You’ll own the day-to-day commercial and operational management of our retail accounts, making sure launches are set up well, trading performance is actively managed, and retailer and partner requirements are coordinated across the business from opportunity through setup, launch, trading, and growth.

👥 About the Team

You’ll join the Supply Chain team within ZOE’s wider Operations organisation, reporting to the Associate Ops Director. The team makes sure ZOE’s physical products can be launched, supplied, and scaled reliably. You’ll work closely with Commercial, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Growth, Product, Quality, Customer Operations, Creative, suppliers, warehouses and logistics providers. The team is distributed across the UK, EU, and US, working remotely and cross-functionally with a strong focus on reliable execution, clear ownership, and fast problem-solving.

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own retailer onboarding, launch planning, and critical path management from account setup through to live trading.
  • Coordinate retailer setup requirements, including product information, pricing, pack details, barcodes, imagery, product copy, specs, delivery requirements, promotional setup, and portal inputs.
  • Manage day-to-day retail account relationships, ensuring retailer questions, risks, blockers, decisions, and follow-up actions are handled quickly and clearly.
  • Track trading performance across sales, rate of sale, availability, stock, promotional performance, placement, distribution, complaints and retailer reporting, turning results into clear actions and recommendations.
  • Partner closely with Commercial and Marketing on promotions, retailer moments, in-store execution, and account growth opportunities.
  • Lead future retailer negotiations, owning preparation of clear commercial inputs, trading-term considerations, operational requirements, and follow-up actions.
  • Support forecasting, order tracking, stock visibility, and service-risk management across current accounts and future retail expansion.
  • Support selected key commercial partnerships alongside retail account ownership, including partner follow-ups, performance tracking, and issue resolution.
  • Build repeatable account management processes, templates, and playbooks that help ZOE scale into additional retailers and channels.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
