Airside Operations Environment
A leading provider of equipment, site services and procurement solutions is looking to appoint a commercially focused Key Account Manager to support a high-profile infrastructure and operational environment in West London.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who understands the demands of working within complex operational sites and can build trusted relationships with stakeholders across project delivery, operations and procurement functions.
The Role
- Manage and develop a strategically important customer account operating in a safety-critical environment.
- Act as the key interface between operational teams, suppliers and customer stakeholders.
- Coordinate equipment, materials and service requirements across multiple workstreams.
- Support project mobilisation, forecasting and ongoing account development.
- Drive service excellence, operational performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and increased customer value.

What We're Looking For
- Experience within construction, plant hire, infrastructure, logistics, facilities management or industrial services.
- Strong account management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Commercially astute with a proactive, solutions-led approach.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple projects and operational teams.
- Experience managing complex or high-profile customer accounts.

Essential Requirement
- Must hold a current Heathrow Airside Pass or have very recent Heathrow Airside experience and be eligible for immediate airside clearance.
- Knowledge of Heathrow operations and working within a secure airport environment is highly desirable.

Salary: 50,000 - 60,000 GBP Per annum
